Wallabi Point Coastal Residence

This coastal home is currently under construction in the beachside suburb of Wallabi Point. With design-led planning and a strong focus on lifestyle, the project features open living spaces, generous outdoor areas, and elevated views toward the ocean.
The build has just reached a major milestone on the 17th of July 2025 with the concrete slab completed. From here, the structure will begin to take shape as we move into framing and first-floor works. Our team is managing the full end-to-end delivery of the home — from concept, planning, and DA, through to construction.

Cornerless Sliding Door Feature
This is the cornerless sliding door system designed specifically to maximise the ocean outlook from the upper level of the home.
The structure was engineered so the entire corner can disappear, allowing the sliding doors to open fully without any post or obstruction.
When opened, the space flows seamlessly:
kitchen → living → deck → uninterrupted views of the ocean.
This feature is central to the lifestyle driven design of the Wallabi Point residence and will create a true indoor-outdoor coastal living experience once complete.
The concrete driveway is now formed and ready to run up into the double garage, marking one of the final external milestones before completion.
By December 2025, the residence was nearing completion with the façade, windows, roofing, and majority of internal works well advanced. This angle highlights the clean architectural lines, coastal palette, and the elevation that gives the upper level its ocean views.
The project is now moving through its final fit-off stage as we prepare for handover.
