<p>This coastal home is currently under construction in the beachside suburb of Wallabi Point. With design-led planning and a strong focus on lifestyle, the project features open living spaces, generous outdoor areas, and elevated views toward the ocean.</p>
<p>The build has just reached a major milestone on the 17th of July 2025 with the concrete slab completed. From here, the structure will begin to take shape as we move into framing and first-floor works. Our team is managing the full end-to-end delivery of the home — from concept, planning, and DA, through to construction.</p>

Griffin Property Projects

We are a small, design-focused property development team based in Sydney called Griffin Property Projects. We work directly with landowners to develop residential sites into high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes. Our process includes securing the site under agreement, managing the DA and planning phase, and delivering boutique developments such as duplexes and townhouses.

We’re not agents, and we don’t believe in big sales pitches — we focus on relationships, clear communication, and doing the work properly from start to finish. We add value through smart planning, quality construction, and a hands-on, detail-driven approach. The tone of the site should feel professional, low-pressure, and trustworthy — as if someone’s just received a letter from us and is checking to see who we are and what we do.
