Starting out on the tools as a carpenter, our founder spent years working across construction, manufacturing, and design before transitioning into property development. That hands-on experience gives us a practical edge — we understand what it takes to bring a project to life from the ground up.

Lewis Griffin
Founder & Director, Griffin Property Projects
Lewis started his career on the tools as a carpenter, learning firsthand what it takes to build quality homes from the ground up. After years in construction, he expanded into product manufacturing and business — and naturally, property development.
With a builder’s eye, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep respect for design and process, Lewis now leads Griffin Property Projects — overseeing everything from site acquisition and DA approvals to project delivery and handover.
He works closely with architects, councils, consultants, and builders to deliver developments that are thoughtful, tailored, and built to last.
